Responsible for the content and quality of the Journal during the 2014-2015 academic year, overseeing all operations of the Journal. Theme of the 47th Edition: Regulation of Emerging Military Technologies, featuring P.W. Singer, Greg Noone, and David Koplow, among others. JIL, one of the oldest international law journals in the country, publishes a double issue each spring. I also provide legal and regulatory analysis for the Deputy Associate Administrator for Commercial Sealift on statutory, regulatory, and strategic proposals concerning U.S.-Flag international trade activities and U.S.-Flag fleet development. Office works in coordination with U.S. Transportation Command, U.S. Coast Guard, and MARAD's Office of Cargo and Commercial Sealift (Cargo Preference), and works in partnership with thirteen U.S.-Flag carrier stakeholders in MSP, CSF, and TSP.
