Contact Report

Overview

In the Deep Enrich platform, users can report issues with contact details if the provided information is incorrect or outdated.

How to Report an Issue with Contact Details

  • Open your dashboard.
  • Click on the 'Lists' tab in the left panel.
  • Select the desired list to view its contacts.
  • By hovering over the specific contact and selecting the report (Flag icon) option.

The report interface presents the following options:

  • Issue Categories:
    1. Wrong Information: If the contact’s phone number or email is incorrect.
    2. Out of Service: If the contact’s phone number or email is no longer reachable.
  • Problem With Dropdown: Select the specific contact detail causing the issue—either Phone Number or Email—from the “Problem with” dropdown menu.
  • Resolution Options: From the “Tell us which option works best for you”/ dropdown, choose how you’d like the issue to be resolved:.
    1. Refund: Request a credit refund for the incorrect or unreachable contact.
    2. Replacement/Refund: Request updated and accurate contact information if possible; otherwise, receive a refund.
  • Description Box: Provide more details about the issue, such as specific errors or unreachability, to support your report and ensure a quicker resolution.
How to Invite

Tracking Reported Contacts and Managing Resolutions

Users can track the status of reported contacts by navigating to Settings in the left-side menu. Select the Contact Reports tab to view all submitted reports and their resolution status.

The Report table displays:
  • Contact Name: The name of the reported contact.
  • Reported At: The date the issue was reported.
  • Reason: The issue type (Wrong Information or Out of Service).
  • Status: The outcome of the report. For more information click on the ‘i’ button.
  • Description: Any additional information provided during the report.
Status Definitions:
  • Replaced Info (Blue Badge): Indicates the reported contact has been successfully updated with accurate information.
  • Refunded Credit (Green Badge): Credits are refunded for contacts with invalid details.
  • Rejected (Red Badge): The report was not approved, possibly due to insufficient evidence or criteria not being met.
Filtering Report Status

You can manage and review your reported contacts by applying filters. Click on the Status dropdown menu, as shown in the image, and choose from the following options:

  • All: View all reports, regardless of their current status.
  • Refunded Credit: Displays reports where credits have been refunded due to incorrect or unreachable contact details.
  • Replaced Info: Shows reports where the contact information has been successfully updated.
  • Reported: Lists reports that have been submitted and are pending review or resolution.
  • Rejected: Displays reports that were not approved, possibly due to insufficient evidence or unmet criteria.
