    20+ years of experience in leading Service Management using agile & DevOps, QA & Test Management, Process Management, Vendor & Contract Management for Global Enterprise(s). I played a key role in conducting due-diligence/discovery, feasibility analysis, providing continuous support of Greenfield Development & Brownfield Transformations (modification/migrations) and also establishing (creation & implementation) Service Management Frameworks during transition and go-live stages. I have a deep-understanding of various Business Domains such as Telecom, Health-Informatics and Agro-chemicals where I have leveraged my expertise in Quality Management Standards like ISO: 9001, 20000, 27001 and Frameworks & Models such as Agile, CMMI, DevOps, ITIL and Six Sigma.
