  ◾Developed and managed the Research and Development outsourcing service to draft technical reports that would be delivered to the UK Tax Authorities for organisations that had undergone innovation in accordance with tax regulations and thereby qualify for tax relief/credit. This involved recruiting and training a team to construct technical reports across Engineering, Civil Engineering and Construction, IT/Software and Life Sciences sectors.◾ Conducted several job analyses for various vacancies within the organisation and implemented a semi-structured and assessment-based interview methodology, which successfully aided in the recruitment and expansion of two service streams. ◾ Performed department wide business process mapping, change management and quality assurance of developed systems and products for the innovation and data transformation drive currently being pursued by the BDO International Institutions & Donor Assurance (IIDA) group.◾ Project managed the Global Project Management Solution deployed and currently live in production for the BDO IIDA group.◾ Programme managed the development of FinTech projects for BancABC and Zuva Petroleum ensuring both quality delivery and timely completion.◾ Agile project management experience across a number of industries and sectors having worked on various enterprise system projects spanning Europe, Asia and the Middle East, from the very initiation of the project through to its implementation, closure and support.◾ Initiated and implemented a support and maintenance service platform for existing software packages offered by the company.
