  I started as a seasonal cashier and moved to the snack bar after Christmas. I then moved to mens wear and eventually into domestics. I transferred from Ashland, KY to Outer Loop in Louisville in October 1995 as a furniture/domestics department stocker. I was chosen to be department manager in mid 1996.

I worked closely with my customers to prepare their files to meet specific output requirements, processed payroll, calculated and processed weekly job billing, completed all necessary new hire forms and orientations. I was also responsible for ensuring all FMLA and Worker's Comp papers were filed and followed up appropriately.

  Office manager, Dispatch, HR support, Payroll, customer and client service, and all around go to gal for an amazing Renewables and Environmental company which reclaims and recycles used and discarded tires. The tires are converted into crumb rubber and used for industrial fuel, asphalt additive, rubber good products and landscape mulch. Not only do they provide exemplary products, they also help to save the environment by removing discarded tires from landfills, public and private properties all across the US and Canada. Show less
