  I am in charge of all warehouses and yards in SCM at Tatweer Petroleum , Bahrain and my main responsibilities are: • In charge of receive and issue groups to ensure maximum accuracy to assess, identify, evaluation on final receiving of materials in the system after QA/QC approval.• Proper control of issue of different materials to operation station as per the end user’s requirement.• Overall control on stacking of materials cycle count/ periodical physical condition, shelf life, and ensure materialsall being stored in respective bins.• Communicate with end user/suppliers to get the job done on time.• Responsible for co-coordinating of general maintenance of the warehouse and its equipments on timely manner.• Keeping an updated data base of warehouse for tracking and meeting purposes.• Reviews staff performance, conducts performance appraisals to identify training needs.• And any other duties as assigned by supervisor.• Take personal responsibility for performing each job safely for the benefit of self, co-workers, contractors and the protection of facilities and the environment• Take action to correct or stop any unsafe conditions or practices and reports incidents, injuries, near misses, and Behavior-based safety (BBS) observations.• Conduct all work activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
