  I work in parallel in several areas:- Spontaneously launched a POS/BNPL loan project in southeast Asia as a technical product owner. We are working on further development and implementation of Installments. Sol-architecture of the project, working out the customer journey and business processes, managing the development team, working out the development processes, analyzing business requirements, analyzing the market and making decisions on product development together with the stakeholders.- Developing BaaS global lending platform (Business as a Service) from idea to realization in the role of product owner. Development strategy, Sol-architecture of the project, management of the development team, elaboration of development processes, business requirements analytics, market analysis and decision making on platform development.- Building a department/development team (RnD), which will have to develop new hypotheses and search for implementers/implementers, manage the project portfolio until the hypothesis becomes a product.
