  I was hired as a Flight Instructor within the Aviation Department's while still studying. I managed about 7-10 students at a time providing Flight Instruction ranging from PPL to CPL IR level.

  I was one of the first foreign Flight Instructors in the PRC working for the first privately owned aviation academy. I had to maintain a steady flying routine for my students while battling with bureocracy and overly restrictive flying environments.

  Member of the Pilot Recruitment team responsible in assessing candidates, researching best practices and shaping recruitment policy. Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Airbus A320 passenger aircraft during commercial flights. I approve the contents of the Minimum Equipment List (MEL), perform Technical Flights (post-maintenance and customer acceptance flights for new aircraft deliveries), establish channels of communication between the Flight Operations and the Maintenance Departments, advise Flight Operations regarding technical questions and problems. Support the Flight Operations Department in aircraft performance related matters including the management of the contents of the fleet’s onboard Navigational database, navigational charts, airport database for takeoff performance calculations and airport briefings for pilots. Assist the Pilot in Command in the safe and efficient operation of Airbus A320 passenger aircraft during commercial flights.
