She learn a lot about commercial banking, consumer banking, corporate banking, micro & SME banking, and Islamic finance product.On the job training in Claster Area, she created a paper with the tittle ”pengaruh rasio keuangan : NPL, LDR, BOPO terhadap kinerja pada Bank DKI Cabang Utama Juanda”. At that time, she placed in Juanda Claster for three months.At central office, Mayla and team presented a project management with the tittle “strategi komunikasi dan komplaint recovery nasbah bank DKI terkait system blokir pinjaman”. At that time, she placed in Grup Pengembangan Dana & Jasa fotr three months.In final project, she worked as a team to manage a project about “ Kartu Perkulakan”. She got the challenge to introduce the new product of DKI Bank to costumers. She went to one market to another market to indroduce “Kartu Perkulakan”. Show less
