The team is distributed across the globe and is responsible for delivery of many internal and external customer facing products and network protocols including Elektron SDK (EMA, ETA), TREP Web Socket API (JSON protocol, web socket transport), TRIS (IDS, ANS, EWA, TRIS Mobile), TRKD API and web services infrastructure, RFA, SFC, OMM/RWF, OMM/TRWF, and OMM/JSON. Core responsibilities include talent management and career development, performance assesments, compensation planning, project management across multiple simultaneous projects, prioritization and resourcing of various work streams and initiatives, engagement with finance, business and product teams to ensure alignment across business units and strategic direction.
