During our cooperation we opened 4 new clubs (we were starting from 2). The main revolution was made in sales staff and sales & marketing strategy. The main factors that were improved during our cooperation are:#1 Members average retention level was moved to from less then 20% to more then 42% #2 "Late-Payments" level [also known as "Debtors"] changed from over 20% to less then 12%#3 New motivation system for the management staff. We connected the main KPiS with the managements salary. More over than 90% was sold as 1-month memberships, and the average lenght of "life-time-line" of a member was around 3 months.
