      • Reporting to the Director - IT, my main responsibilities were to ensure the smooth running of the Network, Security and VoIP infrastructure. I also handled the design, planning, implementation, management, maintenance and upgradation of the network and security systems.• Headed a team of 5 Engineers during the time of user (Applied Materials Associates belonging to TCS & Satyam) movement. During this time, the end user strength increased from 75 to 1000. Team involved in desktop installations, all necessary application software installations as requested by the users, Cisco IP Phone installations & configurations using BAT for the end users.• Was an active participant during the period of IP Telephony implementation in the site & was a team member involved in successful movement of DATA Center • Active involvement and Commitment to Core on Network / IP Telephony deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting network issues, focus on user satisfaction and uptime of all network / IP Telephony devices including LAN (Core and Access Switches), WAN (Intranet and Internet), Cisco Call Manager Servers, IPT devices, Voice messaging system (Octel) and video conferencing equipments.
