      Robert increased funding for WCCAHH from $7,000 to $80,000 during his tenure as President. Started Artists Among Us, a competition combining top visual artists with poets and composers to create cross-discipline collaborations. Also, Fresh Art Festivals, where top plein air artists painted in public spaces during the day, and auctioned their Fresh Art in the evening.
