Collaborated closely with project managers and department heads, implementing a governance model to enhance organizational structure and accountability. Managed stakeholders and facilitated organizational change. Provided training and coaching to strengthen capabilities across the organization. Leading a task force established by the new GOMspace CEO with the entire CxO group as stakeholders, aiming to change GOMspace A/S’s project execution model based on CMMI and PMI PMBOK principles, including Earned Value Management (EVM). The task force focused on creating a more commercially oriented culture and, most importantly, ensuring improved financial performance for the company. Expanded department from 7 to 20 people across two locations, Aalborg and Luxembourg. I had three line managers responsible for the day-to-day management of the employees and who also acted as Scrum Masters for three teams. My time was spent implementing the core strategy, 'from projects to products,' focusing on change management within the organization, culture, processes, etc. P&L responsible for department.
