Cross-functional experience while consistently delivering the responsibilities in the domains of Oil & Gas. Experiencing in Pipeline Project execution, Contractor / Contract Management, BID evaluation. Technical Services, budgeting / Project proposal, approving authority role for all types of technical documents i.e. GAD, P&ID, data sheets and QAP etc. Managed team of more than 17 direct reporting engineers and more than 40+ indirect site engineers. Establish & maintain strong working relationship with contractors. Achieved set targets within set timelines along-with high standards of Quality & Safety. Coordinating with all the GA’s related to technical issues, material requirement, work execution plan & manpower requirement. Technical Survey including reconnaissance & detail route survey of the area for selection of pipeline route of Steel & MDPE Pipeline networks. Responsible for preparation of yearly execution and material procurement plan along with estimation of quantities of SOR and free issue material. Responsible for preparation of MIS report which is to be submitted to Top Management and major share holders of the company. Liasioning with various Govt agencies & Nagarpalikas for smooth execution of pipe laying & construction activity. Coordinate with Vendors / Material Suppliers for timely delivery of material & responsible for certification of their invoices.Coordinating with Bagpat & Shivpuri GA’s related to technical issues, execution of works, operation & maintenance, material requirement, work execution plan & manpower requirement.
