  I am a freelance writer/editor/blogger with and educator with a degree in Journalism. I have experience writing in a variety of fields for several different companies and organizations. The most recent freelance editing work that I completed was to edit the Arion Care website https://arioncare.com/ (for a Phoenix, Arizona-based caregiving company) prior to its launch in 2021 with continued editing work as web content was created. I am still a contracted blog writer for the organization. Furthermore, I was educated during this experience in some facets of web-development and SEO. I had opportunities to code with html and work alongside the web developers to create aesthetically pleasing pages.. Prior to that job, I gained experience in editing books, writing educational grants for a tutoring company, and I also served in a contract position in Ethiopia as a writer for CURE International. It was my privilege to live and work there for one year as I wrote stories, short biographies, and documented surgeries as well as post-op recoveries of many children and young adults. Show less

  As Arion Care was building a website and rebranding, I was hired to edit and help create content for the site and its many pages. I was also hired as the blogger for the website and have several blogposts under the Blog tab. I am still contracted to blog for the company on topics related to special education, the special needs population and caregivers, and other relevant topics for their specified audience.
