      Interior Design is my passion, and I have been designing professionally since 1985 when I was hired as an assistant designer to Peggy Nelms, owner of Peggy's Interiors in Jackson, TN. She was a great mentor, and I became so busy that I never went back to finish my degree, and it has never hindered me. Although I have enjoyed my commercial design experience (exclusive designer for 'Twinkle Toes', 'Oh Baby', and 'Bellini', local boutiques in early 2000's in Memphis and Germantown), my main focus is residential design. Since I have such a love for color and textiles, I mainly specialize in the selection of furniture, custom window treatments, rugs, art and accessories, but I also do space planning, paint selection, lighting, custom furniture design, personal shopping, whatever the client needs. No job is too large or too small, and I am happy to do as much or as little as the client wants on an hourly consultation basis. Show less
