Show less • Follow up on the folder of offer and make sure that all recruiters put the offers.• Follow up on the errors of Oddo and report on it.• Send rejection mails for all the rejected candidates from the general sheet weekly.• Receive each recruiter general sheet and revise it and put it in share folder then combine to the collective general sheet and also put it on share folder.• Collect the hard copy of exit interview and archive it and organize it and take a scan for a soft copy and put it on share folder.• Collect the data to in the walk in sheet.• Archiving the applications of the applied candidates.• Receive the daily report daily report from the recruiter and revise it and if there are any mistakes or missing data send it to the recruiter to complete it.• Revise the share folder for the following:- 1- check the offers and contracts all downloaded in its folders2-Check all evaluation forms are in share folder3-Make sure that all CVs are in CV bank and coded compared to all recruiters general sheet 4-Download and update campaign sheet with CVs and results and scan the CVs and results and put them on share5-Update all the structures from OD departments to be on share• Orientation for the data management process for the new recruiters.• Initiate new ideas to facilitate data entry process.• Initiate new method of using historical data & CVs.
