  I completed my training contract with Trethowans having joined the firm in November 2007 and qualified as a Solicitor into the Commercial Litigation Team in November 2010. I handle a wide range of commercial disputes. My work in the Litigation Team covers contract disputes, professional negligence claims, intellectual property matters and passing off, insolvency issues (mainly winding up and bankruptcy proceedings) as well as insolvency related litigation, partnership disputes shareholder disputes, and warranty claims.
