During my time at King’s, I worked in several positions representing and working with the university. As a Student Ambassador for the KCL Classics Department and Welcome Week ambassador, I would help students move into their accommodation, introduce students to the Classics Department and met with prospective students throughout the year at Open Days.Additionally, I held several temporary positions throughout the course of my degree. I worked as an Exhibition Assistant for 3 months, working with the culture team and independently surveying the exhibition and talking to visitors about the objects on display. Once this role was completed I took up a new position as a note-taker for Disabled Students; attending additional lectures within my department and transcribing the lecturer's speech and PowerPoint presentations so the student could focus and keep pace with the aural and visual aspects of the lecture.
