  As a former college baseball player I decided to share my wealth of experience and knowledge of the game to the youth in my hometown. As a coach I only had three rules; #1 respect your teammates, #2 respect your coaches, and the most important to me is #3 respect the game. My philosophy was to teach youth in a way that kept practices fast paced, focused, informative, and of-course fun. I really enjoyed coaching the players and will forever remember the memories and joy that it brought to me.

  Game day operations coordinator

  As the Game Day Operations Coordinator I was in charge of keeping the game on schedule and coordinating the entire event. Duties included but not limited to:-Planned and executed pre-game, live, and post-game of events- Managed a staff of 9-12 that were posted to the ticket table, apparel table, announcer, stats technician, runner, video production, and penalty boxes- Coordinating the event in accordance with the Centre Ice Rink staff, officials and head coaches. - Held full responsibility for creating the event script, promotions, marketing strategy, fan interaction and a detailed schedule of events that my staff and volunteers could follow. - Maintained a strong professional relationship with the club's valued sponsors and coordinated merchandise sales with the Wesley College Bookstore Manager. Achievements:• Grew relationship with Buffalo Wild Wings for long-term sponsorship. • Created the Chick-Fil-A shoot-out to help fund raise and develop entertainment for fans.• Helped devise an excursion with our Howl @the Moon program and the General Manager of Centre Ice Rink which enabled students to be transported from campus to the rink and skate free of charge before the game. I was also a member of the marketing and fundraising staff which included myself, the head coach and the former Student Activities and Club Director of Wesley College.
