      As a business controller for the delivery service of Sligro Food Group I was a member of the MT team of this business unit. I advised when financial decisions needed to be made, I was a sparringpartner of management, was responsible for the financial and non-financial reporting, kept track of the KPIs and took part in projects. I was the project manager for the project of developing new KPIs and launched the new KPI-dashboard. One of my contributions was setting up a regression analysis to determine which KPIs were correlated with costs, to select the right KPIs for the dashboard. I was also a member of a multidisciplinary team to launch a new webshop, which we did according to the scrum methodology. Show less
