  • Installed fire alarms and smoke detectors across 3 buildings on K Avenue, Kota Kinabalu.• Implemented the TX7810 Configuration Software to efficiently update addresses for firefighting equipment that defines controller and device information, and arranges locations on project floor layouts.• Utilized a handheld programmer device to configure and program fire alarm devices, ensuring compliance with safety standards.• Participated in maintenance activities at Aru Suites, a leasehold serviced residence situated in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Responsibilities involved the inspection, and resolution of any arising issues.Key Achievement : Successfully installed fire alarms with 10 units per floor from the 22nd to the 12th and from the 7th floor to the basement in Building A.
