As such, I am responsible for the daily operations, long-term strategy and performance of the risk and fraud teams across all brands serviced by my employer. I am promoted to the role of Fraud Operations Manager - All Brands. As such, I am responsible for fraud mitigation across all brands serviced by the employer. I am appointed to the role of Manager for the Risk Team as well as the Fraud Team, across one Brand services by my employer While retaining the role of Service Manager for Risk 24/7, the Operational Compliance Team has been added to my portfolio as of April 2020. The Team consists of agents which also constitute the highly specialized GDPR team within the Compliance space As a Risk Service Manager, I am responsible for the management of six teams which operate on a 24/7 basis and service one renowned Brand. Main purpose of the Risk teams is to mitigate business risk by performing reviews on purchases and withdrawals, ensuring compliance with policies such as name mismatches and exclusion-related incidents as well as verification / activation of accounts in line with AML / KYC requirements. I am appointed to Fraud Team Lead. Beside people management, my main tasks are: fraud detection and prevention, chargebacks management, clearing of funds for payment, AML-related investigations, DPAs (liaising with banks and processors), reporting, drafting or reviewing of processes and procedures, training and supervising. As an Operational Compliance Specialist, I was in charge of regulatory compliance with regards to multiple regulated markets within the Eurozone. Furthermore, I was in charge of implementing AML / KYC checks and policies across all markets ( both regulated and non-regulated) As a Fraud investigator, I was responsible for online fraud detection and prevention as well as for regulatory compliance. I was specialized in specific European markets and their regulatory framework. As a CRM, I was to manage the entire database of customers for the Italian market. Furthermore, I was responsible for reactivation and retention campaigns as well as for management of high level (regional VIPs) customers. As a CSC host, I was to attend customers’ queries via online chat, email or phone call. I was as proficient with inbound as with outbound. My target was the Italian market
