  Provide the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet the project objectives, Provide project management, from initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing up. Elaboration project objectives, execution strategy, work breakdown structure and contracting strategy identifying types of contracts required for the project.
