       Control $150M annual budget formulation and execution; facilitating purchase of vehicles, uniforms, printing, and various essential items for Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers and agents. Prepared budget documentation for the FY20 budget request to support CBP’s decisions made during the RAP process that was used for both OMB briefings and HAC/SAC briefings.  Create and implement process enabling agile internal allocation and funding of high-priority unfunded organization initiatives, and obtainment of external funding sources. Pioneered AAMD Performance Management Framework, identified key performance indicators and applicable metric measurements standardizing performance evaluation process development and reporting enterprise-wide. Streamline Program Management Offices performance of and reporting on quality assurance tests; created and institutionalized Quality Assurance program standard operating procedure (SOP). Authored organizational strategic 5-year roadmap, aligning resources, budgeting, and goals guiding all AAMD Program Management Office’s (PMO) and centers mission, vision, and objectives. Realign 5-year business plan and model, detailing core organizational services and initiatives driving appropriate fiscal oversight and management within enterprise resource allocation plan.  Successfully closed complex audit; monitor and manage 13 audits from GAO, DHS IG, and MID, and lead Knowledge Management Team activities improving PMO CBP Net sites. Slashed losses and increased personal property accountability, developed and delivered communication directing Personal Property Management Responsibilities across organization resulting in early annual inventory completion with no loses.
