      One day is never the same which means new experiences are constant. As a shift supervisor I’m managing the service, overseeing front of house, liaising with the kitchen and making sure the front of house staff are on the ball and continuing to create a great experience for all our customers. Behind the scenes I am supporting the development of the business which can include anything from recruiting and training new staff, ordering stock, putting processes in place to help reduce the workload of the Landlady and even managing the cellar. I am the very proud owner of a Level 2 Cellar Management qualification 😇.Although this is a new industry for me, the strong interpersonal and analytical skills I have continue to be of value and developed further.
