  PowerMyLearning is a national education nonprofit that advances educational equity and accelerates students’ social-emotional learning (SEL) and academic achievement. At the time of my employment, PowerMyLearning (then CFY) provided students in low-income areas with free desktop computers, low-cost internet plans, and free educational software to help bridge the gap between these students and their peers with access to technology tools to enhance their educational experience. Due to my involvement, I was also instrumental in a pilot program that provided free laptop computers to High School students, along with instruction on how to basic computer and office programs.My Work Experience Included the Following:All Experience under Family TrainerCoached and evaluated all Family Trainers, providing classroom support as needed.Held feedback sessions with Family Trainers after each program to suggest areas of improvement and identify effective practices.
