  The County Equity Oversight Panel (CEOP) is an independent oversight body comprised of employment law experts with the authority and responsibility for reviewing County equity investigations and making recommendations to County Department Heads concerning disposition and appropriate corrective action. The CEOP includes the County Intake Specialist Unit (CISU), which is responsible for initially investigating/assessing and designating CPOE complaints involving the County of Los Angeles workforce.
