   Maintain all the original documents (master data) of the Plant. Applying new maintenance procedures to raise plant efficiency and sustainability and develop the system which controls the engineering department systems and programs. Upload and Update all Preventive Maintenance data for the assets to SAP and control all maintenance procedure by adding task list for Plant and Maintenance Engineers. Collect the daily technical data, analyze and monitor the operational performance of machines plants with SAP. Analyze the reasons for the breakdowns and stoppages, provide all necessary action plans and continuous updating progress of required action. Make Audit on preventive maintenance tasks on floor and make a Weekly PM activity reports for production plants. Revise and Update New Projects budget according to annual budget made by engineering team department. Review and match the utilities consumption to the standard. Collect, review and Make a Technical analysis reports of the Operation Monthly report through the SAP System  Measure Production line performance and spare parts consumption and stock.
