Unlike traditional hardware-based routers, the Cisco CSR 1000V operates on a VM on selected hypervisors for public and private cloud-based applications and is also available on Amazon Web Services. Produced early draft of a REST API reference guide for the product.Produced and managed documentation sets for voice applications like Cisco Unity Express and Cisco Unified Messaging Gateway for the ISR line of routers. Created and managed online help in addition to conventional administration guides, end-user guides, release notes and command references. Worked with software developers and cross-functional teams to produce early software releases to get new features to early adopter customers months ahead of the standard Cisco IOS release cycle.
