My responsibility was involved in Internal research & development program in Energy Business. Modelling of Physics & tool development for evaluation of Brush Seals in Turbines.Teardown of physical parts and assembly.Worked on Active clearance Control(ACC) for Steam turbine Internal R&D program Axial stage spacing optimization ,Efficiency Improvement thru Tip seal Optimization study for double Flow LP units.Jointly Conducted Experimental work to test the Low coefficient of Friction Material Characterization (Rub rig & run test of Teflon, Deva BM) under wet steam condition.Executed Seals Program for complete steam Turbine unit.
