      Product Owner of one of the largest single instances of CRM (Sales Cloud, Pardot) managing BAU operations, Product roadmap, integration with other functions/tools and liaising with vendors. Leveraging Digital to standardize and streamline End to End sales processes (Lead to Closure) and better serve our clients. Managing/improving Sales Processes and Tools at the Group level and how they can contribute to our growth and efficiency. Integration of acquired entities on the same CRM while supporting their IT & Business processes. The latest one involved integration of 1800+ Users. Sales Operations and Enablement.
