  University of Windsor with Tokia Rika Quality Safety System (TRQSS)|| Shipping Labour Requirements Planning-Systems Development. The main goal of this project is to develop a system that increases data efficiency, and accuracy, reduces the process cycle time and eliminates errors. The newly developed system must be user-friendly and can adapt to any changes in the process or customer requirement demands. The system was developed using Excel Functions, formulas, VBA, Vlookup and PivotTables. After understanding the given data, the team observed the calculations and formulas required to develop the functions and formulas to generate the required data. The new process was done by adding three extra sheets: Reference Table sheet, Compliance Dashboard sheet, and Master sheet so that all the data arriving from TPS will be immediately inserted in the excel file. Since the file is now programmed to process the data based on dock code, customer names, and plant code, the data will start processing through the excel file. In a simple data set, the document will contain a solitary sheet with a working table. A user manual was created by our team explaining all the steps required on how to use the new system efficiently and accurately to make any adjustments needed by the company for the future.
