  Led a staff of 55 at regional headquarters and 585 at eight, dispersed field offices at eight Navy bases across the Southeast region delivering $260M/year in facilities engineering. Led Public Works operations and execution including planning, design and construction of facilities and infrastructure, public works services, energy management, environmental compliance and remediation, and construction contracting at the following eight bases: Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, NAS Whiting Field, NAS Meridian, NAS Corpus Christi, NAS Kingsville, Naval Support Activity Panama City, and Construction Battalion Center Gulfport. Regional director for Navy’s one gigawatt renewable energy program. Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast’s military liaison between with the Secretary of Navy's Renewable Energy Program Office, local utility companies, and Naval Air Station personnel to plan and construct 250 megawatt in large scale solar photovoltaic (PV) arrays to provide renewable energy and increase energy security for six Navy bases in the Southeast.
