  Responsible for the operational management of almost 500 employees in the provision of Services within the scope of the contract with Petrobras with remote, home office and on-site teams, managing people, financial/economic management and strategic planning of KPIs, ensuring operational efficiency by reducing costs, increasing productivity and maintaining quality assurance.-> Main achievements:* When I arrived in this role there was a chaotic scenario in the contract, where the relationship with the client was already frayed and there was a fine to be applied of 1M if no solution was found to improve the contract's KPIs.* I solved the conflict regarding the fine by making changes to the customer service positions, changing the way the customer service was organized and making a new Erlang.* The indicators were recovered so that the 1M fine was not applied and we managed to achieve all the indicators that had been lost, bringing health to the contract.   The challenge of being the GPM of a Strategic Tribe with 3 Squads (shelf, platform and Crawler), adding value to data insights for various departments and setting direction on important topics such as conversion and the sales funnel. Managing ADHOC demands, as we dealt directly with the board where there were constant changes in product priorities, which required a lot of 1:1 with the PM's to align expectations.-> Main achievements:* Branching out the tribe with 3 more strategic squads from the data directorate so that it was possible to have insights into the most relevant issues that permeated Via's C-level.* Generating statistical models that could be mapped daily with the help of a robot and identifying the values of the Casa Bahia products that accounted for 80% of sales with the highest GMV compared to the same products from direct competitors.* The team was able to guide C-level with data to improve product conversion by increasing the conversion of the products with the highest GMV by 4%.* Improved competencies:* Adaptability, Conflict management, Collaboration, communication, strategic management, leadership and relationships.
