  During my tenure, I played an integral role in designing and manufacturing vibratory bowl feeding systems for micro-electronic components. These systems were developed for OEMs serving the Automobile, Aerospace, and Defence industries.• Designed and developed parts and assemblies of Vibratory Bowl Feeders using SolidWorks and Creo.• Defined part orientation and feeding mechanisms to optimize efficiency.• Used technical skills for Part Feeding & Orientation Analysis• Performed gas welding and used dies to fabricate components, including part tracks, hoppers, control panels, and bowls.• Executed face machining and grinding to achieve super-finished surfaces, minimizing friction and wear in feeding systems.• Applied reverse engineering techniques on complex part feeding components of the assembly.• Conducted Pre-Dispatch Inspections, implementing improvements prior to final dispatch of products.• Implemented Product Development and Planning strategies for real-time project tracking, ensuring on-time completion.
