Show less  Responsible to coordinate Change Management initiative between internal working departments. Act as acting Program Leader if required. Liaise directly with customer for any rising issues or improvement opportunity. Provide daily update to Program Leader for Continuous Improvement activities progress. Coordinate with Program Production Planner and Industrial Engineering team to identify process bottleneck for GE Fan Cowl. Coordinate with Manufacturing Department for Tak’t Time based manufacturing implementation. Responsible as program department working committee in Quality Clinic implementation project.
