  Following a departmental restructuring at Port Lympne, I was promoted to Stores and Operations Manager. In this new role, I took leadership of the stores and operations department overseeing all aspects of the two team's responsibilities. As department head I assumed responsibility for cost management and efficient resource allocation across all areas of my purview along with duty management responsibilities covering the whole organisation. Overseeing the logistics, storage, delivery, and distribution operations of the off-site storage facility. Additionally, responsible for maintaining park cleanliness, waste management, signage, and guest facilities. The Reserve is a dedicated sanctuary for the preservation of rare and endangered species. As a ranger I utilised game viewing Land Rovers to provide personalized excursions for visitors. In addition to conducting tours, I shared my knowledge through educational talks and engaging animal encounters for both day visitors and overnight guests.
