  Leading the management of five R&D&I projects with over 2 Mln € of budget assigned and 70+ partners in total. Monitoring through continue communication with the technical team both HW and SW development of Edge computers for digital energy application.-Manage three Horizon Europe projects with 1.5 Mln € budget allocated, implementing Digital energy and IoT technologies for Energy efficiency through Energy Monitoring Systems deployment including the development of Cloud SW platforms for asset/Building management. Projects involve renovation of 10 demonstration sites across 5 European countries, including heritage buildings, university students buildings and social houses , following the transition into Smart Buildings and fostering the smart renovation wave through Europe.-Coordinating 2 R&D projects funded by Italian government (PNRR) : the first project is focused on the modular HW reenginering of edge-computers' with the scope of increase products life cycle, minimizing electronic waste and carbon footprint in the industrial tech manufacturing and to implement AI models for Energy efficiency and the second project aim at advancing technological solutions for the reduction of plastics waste in the agricultural sowing process by desingning and testing a prototype made with organic materials recovered from urban waste.-Coordinate with international partners in meetings and partecipate to european assemblies, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of team efforts towards shared objectives.-R&D Project scouting, tendering and proposal writer-Monitor progress across tasks and work packages (WPs), and prepare detailed reports for upcoming deliverables.-Strategic Management of the Internal monthly and annual objectives , defining scopes paying attention to budget and timelines constraints.-Product backlog of the next features and innovations to be introduced in order to meet market and customers' requests.-Risk management and mitigation planning Show less
