      - Ensure that all activities comply with the HSE standards in force at the Matosinhos refinery.- Plan and organize all tasks related to the preparation of the process units for decommissioning.- Hierarchical coordination of the entire decommissioning team.- Supervise and monitor the process of preparing the units and ensure that the established deadlines are met.-Ensure registration and coordination of processes within the quality that certify the decommissioning of facilities in accordance with best available practices.- Participate in meetings with maintenance to monitor the progress of the process and participate in the preparation and adjustment of the schedule.- Develop, record and report all daily activities of the decommissioning team and all HSE incidents.- Conduct a risk analysis for the execution of maintenance or other work and commit all parties involved in the execution to appropriate precautions.
