  As an approved regulatory inspector, I exercise technical inspection of boiler and pressure vessels subjected to regulatory control under the terms of decrees 90.245 and 90.246 and international standards the main activities once in Client site are:•Working with Maintenance department to prepare the scope of work.•Working with HSSE department to prepare risk assessment and permit to work.• Establishing repair procedures with QA/QC company representative.•Review the conformity of the final repair file in accordance with the regulations and the applicable standard.•Ensure proper execution of repair procedures.•Reviewing equipment technical documents.•Ensure the integrity and legal compliance with the regulations and standards in force.•Internal and external inspection of under pressure vessels, piping, tanks, lifting equipment’s.•Establishing a final control report of every mission.•Ensure the preservation of archives related to the activity.   As an inspector of pressure equipment within the inspection department, I monitor the integrity and safety of pressure equipment by ensuring:• Update of the technical database of pressure vessel ,piping and tank.• Writing inspection reports.• Pressure vessel inspection,test and control.• Verification and approval of manufacturer files for new acquisitions of pressure vessel,piping and tank.• Verification and establishment of repair procedures.• Complete inspection for pressure equipment, storage tank, pressure equipment and piping and provide recommendations for corrosion mitigation .• Verification and approval welding procedure specification WPS and PQR.• Develop repair/alteration procedures and review the engineering and material selection, weld procedure acceptance, specification and regulatory compliance.• Establish NDT procedures. • Establish of ITP for new construction”piping- pipeline - pressure vessel- storage tank”.• Supervision of hydrostatic tests of pressure equipment and piping.• Control of repairs on pressure equipment and pipeline and storage tank• Provide technical assistance to other structures.• Coordination with the Algerian regulatory authorities for the approval of the various files of the inspection department in accordance with Algerian regulations.• Ensure compliance with technical standards, rules and laws regarding inspection for petroleum production facilities.• Supervision and preparation of investigation reports on pressure equipment accidents Show less
