  One of major projects during my freelance work was that of "Suave", a kitchen management early stage startup, started by some my batchmates. We designed and built an MVP from scratch to test out our hypothesis. It was one of the first major project that I got involved in during ideating and testing phase. The project didn't pan out, but it helped me learn how to talk to users, curate great User Experiences for them, and design a solution around their needs.

  User Experience Designer

  At Florence Capital, my core role is of product management and UX design, which entails:• Building WhatsApp chatbot from scratch: Fully owned the project from researching for a cost effective vendor for chatbot development to putting in place fully functioning WhatApp chatbot. It entailed user pain point research, using NLU to convert insights from research into user intents and entities, and then into journeys for the bot, drafting FAQs and integrating those into the bot, learning about our user backend database, working with the developers to create APIs and integrated those with the bot to provide users their loan information at appropriate queries.• User Research: User interviews, research and analysis to hypothesise product solutions around their pain points.• UX Design: Curating great User Experiences, supplemented by UI design, to provide smooth overall experience to users. This also includes researching and acting on friction at touch points between customers and Florence Capital besides the product, like with Customer support team.• Internal product design: Internal dashboards ideation and design• Website design: Built and maintaining the no-code Florence Capital websiteBeing a part of start-up ecosystem at Florence Capital, I also carry out responsibilities and projects related to design, besides UI/UX:• Developing design guidelines in form of a Brand Book with founders to streamline branding and design• Overseeing the end to end video production process for Youtube and in-app content• Overseeing social media creatives• Designing pitch deck for investors• Diwali Art encapsulating essence of Florence Capital's mission of women-empowerment Show less

  • Ideating, designing and prototyping experiences for enhanced gameplay, live streaming and viewer/streamer engagement.• Customising these experiences for game-developer specific requirements in order to provide best possible experiences to users. • Working with team to reimaging the Nostra, gaming destination. Taking it from Instant play games to an engagement-led platform for installable games.• Formulating creative design guidelines for Nostra to facilitate impactful and scalable creative design process.• Working with different verticals within Glance and other InMobi teams for smoother execution of projects• Enhancing the browse and discovery experience for various offerings on Glance Game Centre (Nostra).• Imagining all new gaming news destination within Nostra and integrating news seamlessly with other offerings like Live.• Curating the Ads experience to fulfil the monetisation requirements as well as keeping the best user experience in mind. • In form of community / Connect, designed the experience for Nostra users to engage and discuss their thoughts on games while enabling sharing their achievements directly from the games.• Incorporating analytics feedback into recreating the experiences and providing best possible solutions backed by the data.• Managing and mentoring interns.
