  GG MARANG Consulting in association with MTAM has been contracted to manage an ART Gallery within The Industrial Development Corporation (I.D.C) designed to give the previously disadvantaged artist's a platform for their work's to get recognition. Every quarter yearly, the Artwork's change with in the 'IDC ART Gallery' by travelling through all our provinces scouting for local artist's artwork's to be given the exposure deserved.

  As Managing Director of 'GG Marang Construction' company im responsible for overall planning. I look at the full picture of the company’s current workload, its future workload for contracts already won and possible workload for contracts being tendered for. This national view enables strategic planning on the levels of supervision required for each contract, and may involve trained personnel to supervise the company’s workload.I'm also involved in the financial planning of the business, including cash flow forecasts, financing of the workload, risk assessments on complex construction projects, bad debts and the type of work the company would like to undertake. My responsibilities differ from the planning decisions that are taken at construction site level then I establish who should handle each specific task. Show less
