All cargo must clearly be labelled. o All documents i.e. Receipts for delivery and/or acceptance of the cargo must be accurately completed online using the scanner for speed and duly signed by all parties concerned where need be.o Ensure that the cargo is only released with full authorisation by you and countersigned by the Head of Middle Office and Projectso Ensure receipts that do not tie–up with the system or damages are quarantined.o Ensure the Warehouse is neat and tidy at all times with proper illumination (hygiene).o Be responsible for the safety of the cargo for the Warehouse.
