  - Changbei II project is a joint venture project with CNPC for gas development in northwest China. Changbei II Phase1 now is in Execute phase, Changbei II Phase1 is the additional development on top of Changbei I which is already in production, so Changbei II Phase1 includes both brownfield and greenfield scopes.- Managing Changbei II Phase1 gas development project execution. Responsible for project delivery and internal and external interfaces management, including project cost, schedule control, risk management, reporting management, engineering, procurement, construction, CSU and Project to Asset handover management and safety performance. The project team is around 100 staff with 20% secondees from CNPC, have 17 direct reports (including both discipline engineers and project engineers).- Led team achieved strong safety performance, no LTI during construction activities.- Led team achieved >$140MM saving so far to offset the cost increase caused by project delay (due to regulation permit delay) and scope changes.- Contract owner of EPC contract.- Member of Shell China Upstream leadership team.- Contract owner of EPC contract.- Member of Shell China upstream leadership team.
