      Leading much of ICIS' data development and report/dashboard migration from Tableau to Power BI, via an Azure data lake - creating standardised data sources to be used across the business, including ongoing enhancements to our Marketing suite of insights and analytics.Some key projects: - Visualisation of Multi-touch Marketing: Single-handedly replaced the previous direct Marketing attribution reports.- Marketing Engagement data source: Consolidated millions of Marketing-Prospect interactions of over 500k contacts into a single unified data source to be used for many automated reports.- Marketing Engagement Predictive model: Developed statistical modelling to predict conversion of prospects to Marketing leads based on engagement behaviour and demographics - allowing the development of a data-driven Eloqua Lead Scoring model.- Contact Washing Machine: Created an “always on” data cleansing programme continuously scrubbing the Marketing database - improving data quality and completeness.- Credits Consumption tracker: Produced several Finance reports following the use of ICIS’ Pay-as-you-go product. Originally created for our award-winning Marketing Credits Campaign.Responsibilities:- Championing self-service data and automation tools through training and knowledge shares - establishing partnerships between teams, as well as instilling trust in the systems being used (Tableau, Eloqua, Salesforce, Power BI).- Developed deep knowledge of integration between systems (Eloqua>Salesforce) and internal databases.- Ensuring strict adherence to data compliance measures - acting as Data Steward for Marketing’s compliance queries/issues.- One of ICIS’ points of contact for external and central teams - liaising with specialists to support enhancements or changes to our data architecture.
