      - Assisted the project manager in delegating tasks relating to the earth works, underground works, and road works for the subdivisions being built.- Worked on-site with the civil consulting engineer during the final months of a subdivision being developed in Brampton, Ontario.       - Assisted Project Managers and Engineers-in-Training with the preliminary and detail design of bridges and culverts.- Attended meetings with clients, completed design calculations using excel and other civil programs (such as BIM), conducted quantity and cost estimates, helped update drawings on AutoCAD, compiled Requests for Proposals / Qualifications, and performed site investigations.- Successfully completed and won one Request for Proposal, including the design for rehabilitation or replacement of several culverts and bridges. I also completed the remaining updates and necessary documentation for the preliminary 60% submission design of several culverts, under tight deadlines. - Worked in a professional setting where I learned how to communicate between multiple disciplines to ensure that project deadlines were met. Being able to properly communicate and mitigate these interruptions was a critical aspect of the job.- Attention to detail, time management, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate with clients and other stakeholders were thoroughly developed during my time at WSP.- Learned to thrive in fast paced, high stressed situations, for example, strict time constraints given by the client and managing multiple active construction sites at a time.
