      * Customer Service Prime for modification of online tool for tracking price discounting. Led team of six CSPs through pre-production and post-production tracking of tool. Generated test scenarios, tracked results, and provided feedback to Business Unit (BU). Advised BU and IT leads on the use of the tool as well as its functionality and limitations. Customer Service completed deliverables within allocated timeline.* Corporation Prime for communicating Quality Product Change Notifications. Responsible for generating customer affected lists, reviewing and editing formal communications, tracking and archiving notifications. Advised Engineering, Quality, and Sales teams on how to approach product changes in terms of effective communication with customers. * Core member of Inside Sales Pilot Program. Goal of project was to increase regional customer revenues. Achieved results by reviewing prior order history of customer and then personally notifiying the customer of existing inventory of previously purchased items as well as informing them of reduced prices of previously purchased items. Enabled company to win back two former customers as well as secure new customers. Project results were reviewed monthly by Senior Vice-President of Sales, and project resulted in new corporate positions to fulfil this responsibility full time. Declined positional offer due to imminent employment by DND.* Created quarterly briefings for Customer Service Senior Management on business trends within different Business Units. Reviewed trends such as order entry cycle time, issues affecting order execution, as well as returned material.
