  On July 20th, 2024, Reliance Foundation School proudly hosted a prestigious and expertly organized career fair. The event brought together representatives from over 60 renowned universities, including private and public institutions from India, the UK, the USA, Switzerland, France, and more. It was an open event, welcoming students from neighbouring schools and other branches of our esteemed establishment.I not only had the privilege of being part of the core committee but also the incharge for the atrium, managing the area along with my team. Our responsibilities included ensuring the smooth functioning of the event, assisting students in locating and interacting with the universities of their choice, managing the crowd, and supporting the delegates.This experience was incredibly enriching, not only in terms of event management skills but also through the valuable interactions with university delegates.   Got the opportunity to attend Young Entreprenuers' BootCamp (YEB) at BITS Pilani after being selected from a pool of about 1000 applicants.Over the course of 6 days we were addressed by leading startup founder, India's top professors, Venture Capitalists and several distinguished personalities. We were given detailed insights on start-ups, ideation to reality, design thinking, and numerous other topics through the speeches and seminars. Parallely we were exposed to practical applications of the new world technologies like AR, VR, AI and IOT through workshops amd demonstrations.Towards the end of the boot camp, we were challenged to compete with 30 teams in a start-up pitching competition. We had to come up with a unique yet practical business idea which aligned with SDGs (Sustainable Developmental Goals) by United Nation and pitch it to a panel which included start-up founders, venture capitalists and professors from Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences. My team ideated a business named Cartla which replenished and revived India's dying art, culture and handicraft industry. Even though we could not make it to the top 3, the feedbacks and insights about the functioning of this business by panelist was really incredible. I learned a lot from this and gained truly deep insights into the business world.
